"Eat right play right"

To grow up strong and healthy, adopt a balanced,active lifestyle. Be smart and make informed decisions on what you should eat and why you should exercise regularly.
Remind yourself that.."it's what I eat and what I do" that makes me who I am..
so U can
- Start your day with a nutritious breakfast that gives U energy.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. It helps cleanse your body.
- Brush your teeth before bedtime. Germs cause tooth decay.
- Get 8 hours of sleep. Your body grows n repairs itself when you do.
- Do NOT sneeze or cough over food. If you do,you could spread germs to others.
- Push-ups,stomach crunches and pull-ups are exercises that build strength and muscle.
- Fruits make a healthy snack alternative. They are packed with fiber and vitamins.
- Don't leave food out uncovered as this will attract insects such as flies.
- Soccer, badminton, walking, swimming n basketball are great aerobic exercises. Aerobic exercises make your heart pump faster and harder,strengthening it in the process.
- The next time you fancy a drink, try a milk shake. Milk shakes are packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and energy that you won't find in a soda.
- Exercise is very important. Aim to exercise at least 3 times a week. Start by stretching as this improves flexibility and allows your joints to bend and move easily.
- Always wash your hands after going to the toilet and before a meal..
